Tuesday: Continue with For Loops. Discuss processing Strings
Wednesday: Begin Loop modules
Thursday: Intro to While loops
Friday: Return tests. Continue coding modules on while loops

Monday: We will review method writing and take a look at additional operators. Students will begin a CodingBat assignment (12 problems from Logic 1 or Logic 2.
Tuesday: Mrs. Whitlock will be gone to a workshop. Students will have class time to work on the CodingBat assignment.
Wednesday: We will learn to identify equivalent boolean expressions using either DeMorgan's Laws or truth tables.
Thursday: practice with equivalent expressions.
Friday: Conditional game programs

Tuesday: Revise Charge Account program. We will also talk about logical operators and short circuiting. Students will have two assignments that are due on Friday. One is a logical operator worksheet and the other is a conditional coding assignment. See the lesson plans and the assignments section of the website for the descriptions.
Wed: PSAT day and early release
Thursday: Mrs. Whitlock will be out of the building for an FBLA trip. Students will have class time on the assignments.
Friday: Revise the calculator program in class.
Monday: I am not feeling well so I will not be at school on Monday. Students will have the class period to work on two assignments that will be checked for a grade on Tuesday.
1. Complete any five problems from Chapter 4 on PracticeIt
2. Write the code for Charge Account Statement. You will run this code on Tuesday in class.
Tuesday: Check HW. Return & discuss Unit 2 test and Conditionals preTest. If there is time, we will review & summarize the basics & syntax of if statements.
Wednesday: Coding activity in class (calculator program)
Thursday: We will discuss & practices Boolean Expressions, boolean operators, and short circuiting.
Friday: No School --- teacher work day.
