Assignments for the week of March 23rd
Optional teams meeting on Wednesday, March 25th at 2:00pm on Microsoft Teams
I am going to hold class meetings on Microsoft Teams tomorrow, Wednesday, March 18th. Students know how to log into their Teams account and go to the general feed to join the meeting. This will be an opportunity for students to say "Hello", ask questions about the assignment, have me demo code, etc. I will even introduce them to my dog, Jax. I will record the session for those students who can't attend at that time. The schedule for Wednesday is:
6th period: 2:00 pm
7th period: 3:00 pm
As always, email me with any questions or concerns. Take care!
Hi folks! Hope everyone is doing ok. Let's get this digital learning started.
For this week, we are going to continue working in CodeHS. We started functions last week and many of you have made good progress. Assignments for this week:
1. Finish CodeHS > Functions > Sections 6.1 - 6.4
2. Complete CodeHS > Strings > 7.1 only
I will be communicating more later today about a meeting in Teams to demo code and answer questions. I am available by email and will respond as quickly as I can. We are used to working digitally but the amount of digital communication is definitely an adjustment. As always, let me know if you have any problems with the assignment. For the moment, let's use email or google classroom as our main communication options.
